Jennie Ward

Jennie Ward has been directing for the over ten years in New York, Boston, and Chicago. Past productions include Marivaux's Changes of Heart (Le Double Inconstance); Chekhov's The Seagull; Maria Irene Fornes' Fefu and Her Friends; and a stage adaptation of Graham Greene's novel, Travels With My Aunt. She is a graduate of the A.R.T./MXAT Institute for Advanced Theatre Training at Harvard where she directed Shakespeare's The Winter's Tale and Ostrovsky's The Storm. She has taught and directed undergraduate students at Bard College and Roger Williams University (RI). Jennie was the Robert Moss Directing Resident at Playwrights Horizons for the 1999-2000 season. She is a member of the Lincoln Center Director's Lab, and earned her MFA in Directing at the Institute in 2003.
