A.R.T.: The Sound of a Voice, Othello, and The Doctor's Dilemma. Huntington Theatre: The Blue Demon, Breath Boom, Ten Unknowns, Mary Stuart (2000 Elliot Norton Award), A Midsummer Night's Dream, Gross Indecency, Ah, Wilderness!, and Cabaret Verboten. Resident: Major Barbara (Missouri Repertory Theatre), The Cherry Orchard (Pittsburgh Public Theatre). Trinity Repertory Company: six years as resident production stage manager, stage-managed more than twenty productions. Former production stage manager of the Pennsylvania Stage Company, in residence for nine years. Other theaters include Santa Fe Stages, Williamstown Theatre Festival, and New York Stage and Film. Mr. Kauffman serves on the faculty of the Boston University School for the Arts, where he supervises the stage-management program.
