BOSTON LOCAL EPA, American Repertory Theater
The American Repertory Theater will hold its BOSTON Equity Principal auditions Saturday, February 27, 2010 from 9:00-6:00.
Auditions will be at the American Repertory Theater, 64 Brattle Street in Cambridge, MA. If possible please, prepare one contemporary monologue and a 2 minute song (accompanist provided). The American Repertory Theater is a LORT B theatre committed to an inclusive casting policy of non-traditional casting and encourages all actors to audition regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, or the presence of a disability. Equity minimum $750 (LOEB DRAMA CENTER). Bring picture and resume stapled together. Equity Walk-ins are encouraged and will be seen in order of arrival around scheduled appointments. Stage managers should send resume but are welcome to walk-in for a short discussion but there are no Stage Manager positions available for the season.
We are in the process of casting the following show, all other shows in the season have been cast but we may be consider actors for future replacements and future projects, including readings and workshops.

We are casting 2 Male Ensemble/Swing & 2 Female Ensemble/Swing roles and understudy for all roles within the production. These roles play a variety of characters, we are looking for versatile actors with excellent singing voice. The Manager/Player #1/Umpire/Cronin/Fan #4 track is for a 22-32 year old athletic actor who can play characters within that age range. The Ensemble swings will be responsible for covering the following tracks in Johnny Baseball:
