Robert Olinger (Gentleman Sunbather in Lady with a Lapdog) is a fourth-year student in the Experimental Directing Course of Kama Ginkas at the Moscow Art Theatre School. Staged (with Mr. Ginkas and other students of the program) Dreams from Exile at the Moscow New Generation Theatre. Director: Death and the King's Horseman at the University of Evansville. Assistant director: The Ordinary Yearning of Miriam Budwing (Steppenwolf Theatre) and The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe (Children's Theatre Company, Minneapolis). Recipient of a Fulbright Fellowship and an Artistic Assistance Grant from the U.S. Embassy in Moscow. BA and BS from the University of Evansville.
