If you’re looking for an affordable space conveniently located near Harvard Square, we have the perfect venue. The Meeting Room at Two Arrow Street—located in the same building as OBERON—is now available for rental.The main room is approximately 44’ x 35’ and can seat up to 100 in a theater configuration and up to 80 with tables & chairs. There is a large, retractable projection screen, comfortable chairs, high ceilings and soft carpeting.
The lobby can handle a reception buffet and has a sink and restrooms.
We can provide you with video projection equipment, sound equipment, and internet access (for your own portable computer).
During the school year the A.R.T. uses the room for Extension School classes and rehearsals, but it is generally available from early morning to early afternoon and there is some other afternoon, evening, and weekend availability.
Daily Room Rental
. . . $100 for the first hour
. . . $75 for each additional hour
Video Package—includes projector, DVD Player, cart & cables . . . $100/day
Audio Package—includes amp, microphone, stand and speakers . . . $75/day
Combo Package—includes both of the above . . . $125/day
Prices include basic setup, but if you need a technician to operate your audio, video, or computer equipment, we are happy to provide one for $25 per hour.
Use of our chairs is included in the room rental. Tables can be rented directly from Peterson’s Party Center at 781.729.4000 or, for one stop shopping for catering and tables, we recommend Crimson Catering—call 617.496.6000. You are welcome to use your own caterer as well.
