Guests can also call directly to the Reservations Department at 617-864-1200 and asking for the ART rate. 

Reservations for this Special Corporate Rate can be made through the hotel reservation office at (617) 864-1200.

When making reservations, travelers need to identify themselves as having a Special Corporate Rate and specifically state the correct company name; otherwise the reservation agent will be unable to confirm a room at your special rate.

To make Online Reservations:

·         Go to the hotel’s website www.charleshotel.com

·         Click on the “Reservations” button on the left hand side of the screen

·         Once you’re in the booking window, Click on the “Corporate Rate” tab at the top right of the page

·         Enter the Group Rate Code: ART2013

·         Click on the dates you wish to stay

·         Click on the room type preferred

·         Click on Complete contact and billing information

·         Guests will be emailed a confirmation number
