Ticket Exchange Request Form

Free for Season Ticket holders – $10 per transaction for other customers.

This form must be used at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled performance.

You may exchange tickets for another performance of the same production only. Because of repertory scheduling your production may alternate with another on the same stage. Consult the calendar before placing an exchange request.

If current tickets are exchanged for others of greater value, the difference in ticket prices will be payable at the box office when the new tickets are picked up. This applies to exchanges from a lower-priced seating zone to a higher-priced seating zone as well as exchanges from Off-Peak to Peak (Friday/Saturday at 8:00). There is no upgrade charge when tickets are exchanged for others of equal or lesser value. The amount due and the exchange fee (if applicable) must be paid when tickets are picked up.

We will attempt to exchange your tickets for others of comparable quality, but in many cases exchanged seats will not be as good as the originals because of sales made since your original purchase.

Notice: During the Sleep No More extension (Jan 14 - Feb 7) we cannot accommodate any exchanges or standby tickets from pre-extension Sleep No
More performance dates.

Use of this form does not guarantee your exchange! We will make every effort to fulfill your request if replacement tickets are available. You will receive a phone call or an e-mail message reporting on the outcome within 24 hours. If you do not hear from us, please call 617.547.8300. Please note that all exchange charges are final.
